QUICK REMOVAL SYSTEM
Pacific Southwest Industries can provide a complete simplex or duplex packaged lift station with Quick Removal System for submersible sewage and/or dewatering pump lift stations complete with guide rails, discharge piping and valves installed in the fiberglass basin.
The Quick Removal System is available in fiberglass basin sizes of 24" diameter to 72" diameter with a depth of 24" to and over 22 feet. Duplex Quick Removal Systems require a minimum 30" diameter fiberglass basin.
At our facilities in Southern California we mount the pump base elbows and upper guide brackets in the basin and install PVC or stainless steel guide rails. Discharge pipe, check valves and gate valves are mounted in the basin and liquid level controls are preset on a removable float tree. We supply all basin fittings needed to complete the plumbing connections in the field. Basin covers are custom to the application for side or top discharge, steel diamond tread, poly, or traffic rated covers. Once the basin is in the hole and the outside connections made, all you need to do is slide the pumps down the guide rails with the lifting chain provided and your system is ready for operation.
